The place seems to be somewhat underrated. Very convenient in SE Portland, with an amazing Matcha with Pandan Foam. Their Viet coffee is spectacular with a nice vibe on the inside.

I like the ube latte and their banh trang tron. You can’t really get it anywhere else with the quality they do.
I think it’s the best place for caphe sua da or any other viet drinks.

expensive, but worth it! many options, absolutely to die for banana matcha, and the smoothies were so good. boba was cooked well, and the staff was cordial, but not outwardly polite. the cafe is bright and welcoming! very cute. will absolutely be returning!

I was surprised at how good the food was. And generous portions. Took a little too long and no one asked if everything was ok.

I ordered 4 drinks it was so good but the straws were so small. Difficult with the boba.

Best coffee in town
Phin Caphe & Boba is located at 11906 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97266, USA
Summary: good place to hit up if you’re craving some yummy viet coffee
Food/drinks - the coffees themselves are very delicious. Family enjoyed the pistachio, ube, and egg coffee a lot so any of those are recommended! The matcha latte was fine but it lowkey tasted very artificial. However, that could’ve just been bc I got the ceremonial matcha version and I’ve never had it before. Didn’t get any food here but it was available.
Price - decent, not bad for the drinks. About $7-9 per drink
Service - was alright because we came when the store was decently busy. The employee who took our orders were nice though.
Atmosphere - limited seating so if the store is busy, don’t count on getting a table. Wouldn’t recommend studying here as well as people were mainly sitting around to talk and eat and the volume got loud.
Location - chill, ample parking spaces
Note - the menus are lowkey very disorganized. Multiple different looking ones being plastered and not everything seems consistent. I’d recommend sticking to one so that if you’re trying to look at the ones outside, they don’t seem different from the ones inside.

Restaurantji Recommends
It is kind of hot inside with no fan and of course no air con. They raised the price but the paper menu and the menu on the screen is still the old price. The service is fine and the drink is ok.

Get the Ube coffee! It tastes like a cookies and cream flavored coffee.
The iced brown sugar milk tea 75% sweet with coffee jelly is 10/10. I'll definitely be back.
Meh, nothing special. Ordered 3 drinks with no mods, each had different amount of ice, one having almost none and tasted liked tea concentrate.
