Prices are okay, quality is better
Went to caphe for what was our second time and now our last. There was a line and it was moving slow. After finally getting to the counter and placing our order the person at register then told us they were only taking cash or Venmo as their system wasn’t working. PLEASE let people know this at the door by posting a note so 20 minutes waiting for nothing can be avoided.

The drink I got was AMAZING. It was the taro milk tea with cheesefoam, SO creamy and thick. It reminded me of the richness of eggnog. The cheesefoam was a bit more salty than cheesefoam from other shops, but still very good.
The place was a bit messy, particularly the windows and door were covered in greasy kid handprints. But, they were super busy when I was there on a Sunday at 1pm, so probs just not the priority at the time.
Even though they were really busy (all the indoor seating was full + half the outdoor seating) the drinks were out pretty quick. I don't think we waited more than like 6/7 minutes.

The boba is great…when it’s actually ready. I tried to come here 3 times in the last week and every time the boba wasn’t ready. I fell like if you have Boba in the name of the business you should probably have boba ready. Twice it was about an hour after opening and the last time was on a Sunday afternoon.

Unexpectedly a great spot for boba and similar tea drinks including some specialty options. They have decent customization although I wish you could order 25% sweetness on the self serve machines. (I do love that they offer easy to use self serve machines as someone who doesn't enjoy interaction.) Good selection of flavors and toppings, as well as alternative milks. They have awesome tasting fruity flavors and their non milk based iced teas can have lemonade. The place is cute though the location isn't the greatest and it's a bit hidden away. I definitely would love to come back and I'm happy they're looking to expand locations.
Parking: Strip mall parking lot with plenty of parking around the area.

Great little local shop. Even had the Vietnamese style kid tables and chairs outside with elders hanging out. I was accidentally rung up for something else, but the staff quickly refunded me the incorrect item (refund showed up within a day). Ran into two people I knew there.

Excellent service! The shop was very clean and bright. I'm a straight black coffee kind of guy and their black coffee was really good.

Absolute gem of a spot. You don’t expect to find the tastiest cafe in Portland in a strip mall. But with their delicious pastry case and delicious drinks this place is so so nice. Some of the flavors are unusual for Americans, like the salted egg cupcake or pistachio coffee, but everything is delicious and a wonderful new experience.
Kid-friendliness: Welcomes kids, there will always be a few enjoying special treats.

10 out of 10. I have gone to California twice a year for rice paper cake (banh trang tron), but it kinds not good. But I went this place today and I found my soul here, flavor and taste like exactly what I had it in Viet nam. Recommend it for person who is a big fan of vietnamese street food and snacks. Kumquat thai green is best combo ?❤️❤️

My friend and I tried this store because we have heard it is very popular among the Vietnamese community. But honestly, I found this shop quite disappointed. The owner of the shop has failed to bring a welcoming atmosphere. Not only that, but we have also found that the employees there seem to have a fever. This concerns me as the health code appears to be violated. I don't want GERMS in my drink as well as the employees not being in full, and healthy conditions to serve others.
