Pho Van Fresh is located in a beautiful spot within NW Portland, enclosed by beautiful windows that let you lookout onto the passing people and streetcar. Pair this up with some absolutely amazing Pho and you got a staple restaurant you'll be coming back to anytime you're craving their food. My first time here was great, I have no complaints, and the beef pho I got was made perfectly! Great amount of noodles and meat made it a hearty meal, leaving me full and happy I finally got a dish here. Highly recommend!

New in town and stopped by for a quick to go bite. Enrique took my order and welcome me more than anybody in Portland. Lemongrass pork with noodle was delicious. Good place to have some Vietnamese meal!

Amazing! Did take out and the food was impeccable! The eggplant bahn mi sandwich was so amazing i craved more when i finished not because there wasn't enough but because it was so good. I love eggplant but when prepared wrong it is terrible and this was prepared beautifully. Also had the veggie pho which had so much food - plentiful fillings and delicious broth. The crispy rolls were great as well - tasty. I wished I lived closer!

Pho Van never disappoints! It's the fresh ingredients, maybe? Everything tastes so delicious. We went in on a Friday night before for a show, got seated right away, food was pretty quick, and it was just overall very tasty. I had reservations about being done in time for the show, but it all went so smoothly. I shouldn't have worried. The Sauvignon Blanc was a perfect pairing to my ginger chicken. My friend got the TukTuk and wasn't disappointed about that! Spicy! Totally recommend.

I really wanted to love this place because it is so close. I got the chicken pho and it was eh. Nothing special. The broth is bland. The chicken was really tender and tasty! But I won't be back. It's just so so pho.

The Pineapple Mojito cocktail was tasty. Enjoyed the Crispy Catfish Banh Mi, I wish it was offered as a rice dish. And the crispy egg rolls were a cut above the norm in size and taste. Price points are higher as the menu is a bit elevated as is the area. Friendly and quick service.
