Wonderfully tasty food! Was visiting Portland and just happened to stop in after shopping. The wife and i loved our meals!

We love Pho Van!! Food is amazing and the vibe at night is very fresh and romantic. David and I both lived in the Pearl and we would meet in the corner of the bar at 8:00pm (our spot) It’s definitely where we fell in love. Well...not exactly where, but that’s where it started. Lol
