I loved this restaurant. My partner and I went here a little over a year ago now, but I think about it all the time. (We live near Olympia, WA and I had a baby this last year, so we've not made it back). They steak was so good and at the time they had these fish collars which were to die for *chef's kiss*.

This is not a review of the food. Stopped by tonight for dinner. Did not have a reservation. It’s Saturday, I figured there would be a wait, that’s fine. But they told me dine in was a tasting menu only and the 2 hour wait was to sit outside… in December. I follow them on Instagram and I’ve looked up their menu before, and nowhere does it say that dine in is a tasting menu only and you only get the menu they post on their website if you sit outside. I came in with high expectations this past summer and ultimately felt it was lackluster.

Let's start with the good:
- cocktails (both were absolutely delish)
- service (our server was so sweet, attentive, and informative)
- curry sauce with the steak (I'd come back to try the curry's just because of the sauce)

Bummers
