Great format. Staff explained each dish in detail and the pace was just right. Some really unique combinations of ingredients all balanced and made just right. Cocktails were perfect.
The staff is delightful and very informative and the food is non pareil. We are looking forward to more dinners at the new location. Just being there makes it a special occasion.
No offense to Portland's stable of celebrity chefs, trendy restaurants & their similarly priced tasting menu events, but LangBaan is the best and only one that consistently delivers on every dimension. Superb.
