This was one of the most fantastic dining experiences I've ever had. Every single thing they brought to our table was surprising, flavorful, pure joy. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely seem to be connected to the food, its history, and culture. The menu changes every two months, so this is quite a feat. Was in town for a work trip, decided to treat myself for my birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better place. I sat at the bar and Andrew painted a pretty picture of the culinary experience I was going to be embarking on and followed up with a great explanation of each dish as they came out.
