Just tried the strawberry pie cake at the Washougal Waterfront. Delicious. I will definitely be going to their food truck!

Amazing chicken pot pie, super flaky and fresh. Brown butter vanilla pear pie cake was PHENOMENAL!

Amanda, made lemon blueberry pie cakes. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about them. It was amazing. The coffee could use some help. But this desert rocks. Wish we had it in California.

Was definitely wowed! Chicken pot pie was super fresh and flaky, and the brown butter vanilla pear pie cake was PHENOMENAL.

Most delicious pie crust around (flakey, buttery, light, crispy)!! I had the meat pie (very tasty) and the vanilla pear piecake (amazing). This cart is one of the most unique and delicious carts I've been to in a while!

Omg, I finally just tried a PieCake for the first time today and it was so delicious 😋The pie crust is buttery, flakey and crispy. I got a German Chocolate PieCake - the cake, coconut part and chocolate on top were all so tasty and but not too sweet. Will definitely be back to try other flavors 👍

Was looking for something sweet while I was in the area eating and saw they had oatmeal cream pies! They had just come out of the oven, the cookie was crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. The filling was perfect! Not too sweet and not to runny so it stuck to the cookie.

Hands down the best chicken pot pie in Portland. It comes with turmeric slaw.. whaaat? I usually hate slaw, but this left me wanting more. Also, the piecakes are to die for. This is my new favorite food in town! I can only imagine the people behind this, are just as wonderful as the food they create.

This unassuming cart has me and my fiancé coming back for more... Now offering savory versions of her Pie Cakes, I was blown away by the moist cornbread and chili version and the flaky chicken pot pie served with a light tumeric slaw that *almost* took away the guilt of eating pie in the middle of the day. Lol. Sweet versions are also ethereal with shatteringly flaky pie crust surrounding pillow softcake and some kind of homemade, often seasonal, filling like caramelized apple or pear Cardamom or fresh summer peach. What surprised me the most about this concept, is I expected something dry out of combining what is basically a filled cupcake with pie crust... But in the 15 (give or take) times I've been there, I've yet to have anything stale, dry or old tasting. This lady really knows how to cook...and I'm a chef with high standards.

Simply excellent. A weird sounding marriage of two things no one in their right mind dislikes brought together in the most delicious way possible. And the housemade oreos are spectular!

Local chef here - I was skeptical at the concept, but absolutely SOLD on the first bite. Shatteringly crisp pie shell giving way to the moist cake, perfect amount of icing, with a surprise compote at the bottom....pure heaven. Love the fresh peach, the apple, and the fresh pineapple. Always friendly with a story to entertain while you wait.
