I was looking for a delicious restaurant on the East side and stumbled upon this one on Google maps. I was surprised to see they had reservations available for the same night on a Saturday because the food looked so good. We had to sit outside, but the weather was great and the server checked in on us regularly. Service was great and the food was definitely 5- star.

We had the pleasure of dining at Plumb inside of Deadshot one evening about a month ago with friends visiting from out of town, and it was a truly memorable experience.
