The tofu tacos were amazing! Would rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. Unfortunately, Happy Cow only allows me to put 4 stars for places not fully vegan. There were several vegan options too, which I really appreciated. The service was also great. Highly recommend!

Very happy to have this cart at our neighborhood pod! At first, we thought the price for tacos seemed high, but of course prices for food have basically doubled in recent years. That said, the value is definitely there. We shared six tacos and chips with guacamole and salsa. The tacos were huge, tortillas handmade (we saw them making the masa dough), and the meat and toppings were great quality and fresh. The chips were excellent too. The tortillas held together great and tasted great. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the guacamole and salsa had a lot of large pieces of onion and I thought the salsa was too chunky. We definitely plan to come back and try more of the menu.

Fish tacos over-cooked and bland. Bottled Mexican coke was flat and tasted like Diet Coke (very questionable what is going regarding that). Chips and guac were great.

Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would!! The homemade corn tortillas, the fresh made guacamole, the authentic flavors and seasoning. Absolutely amazing! This would make the best restaurant but is still incredible as a food truck too!!
Waited 20 minutes for a torta. Asked about it the guy said "it'll beep when it's ready". Waited five minutes more and left because my lunch break from work is half an hour. They weren't even that busy and nobody was in line. Now I'm back at work hungry and out of 15 dollars.

The chicken nachos are amazing! Well seasoned but not spicy hot. I LOVE THAT! It is perfect to share with my toddler and I can add spicy salsa to mine if I want more heat. She loves the beans/cheese/chicken/guacamole and chips. Win/win! We go all the time, by her request and it’s consistently good! Thanks y’all! We’re so grateful for an option other than hot dogs, pizza and nuggets! ❤️
