Best Thai food in portland.
Got the green curry chicken from Suphatra Thai, a food truck in the same cart pod as Firangi Dhaba near my house. Really well balanced — good mix of heat, salt, fat, and sweet, with silky eggplant and fresh basil that really rounds it out. Took about 15 minutes from order. Staff was kind and generous with the portion. Good go-to spot for a low-key weeknight dinner, and there was enough left over for lunch the next day. Would order again.
Some of the best thai food in portland. It always satisfies. The folks are friendly too.
