Worst experience ever. Dirty dishes, low food quality, hovering hostess, smells like rodents, $85 for 5 of us i expected better!!
This place was absolutely disgusting. When we walked in it smelt like rat feces. The dishes were dirty with food and black spots. We were getting our food and the lady was hovering over making us feel uncomfortable. Kinda felt like the employees were pushy.
Food quality is mediocre. The lady stood behind us as we made our food telling us not to take too much, saying you cant take leftovers and telling us not waste food.
We made 1 bowl each. O.N.E. bowl. Also, 2 buffet bowls were dirty and two rice/soup bowls were also dirty. We left them on the counter the gentleman stacked them back up and put them on the stack of clean bowls.
Smelles a little funky in here too. Considering if we want to take our freshly cooked plates and leave them behind just because of her comments.
Food is okay, the owner is very friendly.
This place is absolutely delicious. The service is prestine and the atmosphere is very relaxed quiet and comfortable.I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY EAT HERE AGAIN !
Great service.
The food and service here as a first-time customer was the best I have ever received in any kind of restaurant if you are visiting Portland and you love Hot Pot you need to come here bar none.
Hostess was super kind and the food was made quickly but turned out delicious. Place is also very cozy and pretty !!
Don't go there. Frozen food. Not family friendly. not accessible for wherlchair/stroller. They make you pay before you even enter this way you can't leave if you don't like what you see. Terrible. The soups are terrible. Choice of boiled rice or frozen noodles. Costly. I will never go back there..
The hostess was very nice, food was quickly made but high quality. Spicy hot pot broth was delicious. Non spicy broth was still flavorful and fresh. Decent quality ingredients and fresh meat.
4 out of 5 recommend to friends and family
5 out of will return again.

The owners were a delight and so helpful. Great food. Loved the experience. I'll be back with friends!
absolutely my favorite mongolian food bar none. the staff are amazing and everything is so damn fresh.
Nice place, great and friendly stuff, the food is always good! My favorite place🤩😍✨
Came here with my family during lunch hours, food was okay but nothing special and it was primarily self service. For the price per person, I would expect drinks to be included but they’re not and there are no prices listed anywhere. After paying for a very overpriced and limited meal (two bowls per person only) I realized my kids must not have been given the kids lunch price and were charged as adults even though they were 10 and under which was disappointing as well. There was no pricing breakdown on the receipt, but the base price for everyone should have been under $70, even with 4 fountain drinks and one small self serve soup it shouldn’t have been $30+ extra. Also, the staff is a bit overbearing. When my husband was getting his second bowl he was told that would be his last bowl which we found rude, she should only have said something if he returned for a third, otherwise just let customers be! We will not be returning to this location.
Just sad. Everything is empty. 4 people inside. Sauces just empty of garlic, ginger, etc. Gloopy hot and sour soup. No shrimp. A bad experience all over.
