My mother an I just visited for the first time. The people that work there are THE SWEETEST!!!! And so many protien options along with calorie counts. I had just left the gym so we ordered a little of everything. They helped us make the best smoothies and also got protien waffles and yummy protien donuts, the donuts are only about 100 calories and loaded with protien!! Will definitely be going again and recommending to everyone!!! Thank you so much 💖

Monday morning Zumba class was on point! Come to class Monday morning at 9am the class is free but you gotta pay for a drink, lots of fun! We moved into Zumba class while buying a drink. I'm excited to return every Monday at 930am. And the coffee protein milkshakes are delicious.
