Michael had clear communication and was extremely responsive through out the whole process. Most of the time I would get an email back within hours! On the day of the wedding, his team made sure my husband and I got to share our signature cocktails and appetizers up in the bridal suite right after the ceremony for a few minutes alone. Everything was delicious! Michael and his staff did a spectacular job making sure our special day went smoothly!
If you're looking for fantastic service and food, this is your spot!! Michael helped coordinate and plan food for our big work project which lasted over the course of 3 days. He even accommodated our request for a midnight catering drop off for our night shift so they would have fresh food to eat during their shift. It was great working with this company. Michael and the whole Premiere Caterings staff were fantastic! Our food was delicious, even better than we remember it being at our tasting. We got so many compliments on how tasty the food was (“best food I’ve ever had at a wedding”). All of the catering staff were so kind, helpful, and professional as well.
