Great food, most labeled as gluten free. Had a friend visit from Colombia who said the food was good and authentic.

I got the bandeja, cheesy rolls and apple soda. The cheesy rolls were great and extremely addictive, and the bandeja was decent. The soda tasted pretty similar to an Izze. Nice place and creatively decorated with Colombian music in the background. The staff were friendly towards my Colombian friend but kind of standoffish towards me which was a little irritating.

I've had excellent food every time I come here, and you get a LOT of food for the price, so it's absolutely worth it.

This was our second visit. My son lives in town and I was visiting for the weekend. The first time I went a couple years ago the experience and food was great. This time our server took awhile to take our order and then forgot our order entirely including our beverages. She asked what we ordered again an hour later. I had tried to make eye contact with her the whole time (to inquire) but she’d ignored us. We finally got our food (90 minutes after we arrived). It was lukewarm and tasted terrible. I went to pay and nothing was comped. I paid the bill & we all agreed never to come back. My son and his girlfriend both had upset stomachs that night. It was a really disappointing second experience.

I was so excited for my lunch today. At a previous neighborhood event I had incredible arepas here and was looking forward to picking up my order. When I arrived at the Que Bacano food cart the front and side windows closed. The back door was open and I noticed a man was doing prep work. I greeted him kindly and asked about my order. He said they would open in 20 minutes (This was at 11:25, 25 min after the scheduled open time, and 15 min after I had ordered) and didn’t realize he had an order until I pointed to the ticket hanging out of his machine. He told me to come back in 20 minutes. When I came back he asked me what I ordered. I listed off my order and he said he didn’t have 2 of the 3 the items and that the order had already been cancelled. I asked if I was getting a refund, showed him that it didn’t show as canceled on my end, and asked if he needed to cancel it on his end. He just shook his head and shrugged. I asked him repetitively what I should do but couldn’t get anything more out of him so I left. I was charged in full and, as there is no answer at the number on their site, I have to reach out to my bank to do a chargeback.

Good GOD! I have never had Colombian food before, but I had heard good things about this spot. Came here on a date, and after having a couple of beers at the nearby Barrio, we both wanted something to eat... enter Que Bacano!I looked at the menu for a while, and EVERYTHING looked amazing. I couldn't decide! I eventually settled on the Arepas Relleno, which is a thick corn tortilla that is fried and split down the middle, then filled with absolute deliciousness! It's a bit of a fragile eat (mine was falling apart as soon as I picked it up), but dear lord is it tasty. My mouth is literally watering as I write this, remembering how good it was. That's saying something! The gentleman working there was very friendly, and kept speaking to me in what sounded like Spanish (I clearly don't speak Spanish). He soon realized I had little to no idea what he was saying, started laughing and apologized after switching to English. All the guys that had been in line before me were speaking Spanish with him, so I get it.Anyway, not much to say about the ambiance as it's a food cart, but overall a very positive experience and I will DEFINITELY be back. I gotta try everything else!

the empanadas are fried with overheated oil it is very uncomfortable to eat something sour paying for an empanada and not being able to enjoy it seems absurd to me how the flavor of Colombia has deteriorated
