Do yourself a favor and try Fernando’s eats! One of my FAVORITE food carts in Portland. I have eaten here for years now and it’s been consistently delicious.
Their fire roasted jalapeños, and their habanero sauce is amazing. Great beans, great rice!
Wow, I should have listened to the other reviews. Oh my gosh they need to run to the corner store and buy a box of Morton's kosher salt because this might be the most bland thing I've ever tasted. No kidding, I don't think they seasoned anything. I'm gonna give them three stars cause the burrito is big, food was fast and their salsa is decent. Season your food please!
