Xaykham, my waitress was on top of it. Friendly, attentive, welcoming, timely with refills and checking in on service. You DEFINITELY want to sit in the section she's serving in!

What an amazing server Xaykham was to my family and I. To have my daughter get big emotions and this server calmed my daughter down and brightened her experience making the family dinner experience great. Thank you for your patience and high energy. We loved you!

Food was really good other than the fries were extremely bland. We also had a rude and in attentive server that seemed annoyed at any question or request.

Terrible service. My wife and I sat for 10 minutes before someone asked us if we wanted water or drinks. By then, we were also ready to order. We asked for bottomless fries before our main course. Cold fries were brought out 10-15 minutes later. We ate the fries and then watched several servers walk past the empty baskets and empty water glasses at the end of our table. Tried waving down a server but she was too busy to stop. It became a joke for my wife and I as we watched the servers walk past us. Our meals arrived 20 minutes later and tasted great, but our server never stopped by our table again. I never got a water refill and left half my entree because I was tired of waiting for someone to stop by and ask how our meal was or offer a to-go box. Paid on the machine at our table and left. Won't be back again.

Went solo for a late lunch and the hostess was amazing and took time to be personable. The server, Addy (sorry didn’t see correct spelling) was top tier. Wasn’t too busy so she constantly checked in on me, when appropriate, and also felt accommodating. Fries were always replenished and drinks as well. The quality of the food was good. Felt like a great time here!

Went here for our business lunch and the waitress must have had a bad day as seemed irritated that we had a party of 7. 3 of our orders were wrong, did not come back to check for refills, when the check came out, was all on one check. First time we experienced this kind of service but we will not be back

Completely understaffed, had to wait and ask and eventually take care of ourselves. No apologies, no thank you's. Late food, late refills,... need to sweep and/or vacuum

Went with a large party. Everything took forever. Waited to be sat. Waited 20 minutes for greet. 20 minutes for drink delivery. 40 minutes for food delivery after ordering. A group of 25 guests needs more than 1 server on the table. Food was stone cold. Probably won't go back. Famous Dave's a few doors down smelled delicious. Try them instead!
