The halibut fish tacos are quite good. The large pieces of fish are perfectly fried, and nicely topped, though I'd suggest more Cilantro. The tacos don't come with any sides, however, the two tacos are a good light meal on their own.
The potato wedges were just OK, but not memorable. A little more crisp and something other than sour cream would really help this dish.
Stopped at the bar side first, since I was early. You have order at the bar, which is OK if it's manned. Had to wait awhile. Ordered a cheese plate for snacking. Finally for dinner had their lamb shank. It tasted good. The mash that was touching the meat was hot and the other luke warm. Aspergus well cooked. The Port ice cream not bad. Lots of fish close by to entertain you. Plenty of parking. Gates are up during the day.
For a hotel restaurant it was upscale. The staff was amazing Ihdir was the best waiter I've ever had. Food was amazing halibut was cooked perfectly and eloate risotto was amazing. I had to make myself slow down i was cramming it was so good.

The atmosphere includes live plants, a small waterfall, and a few TVs to watch sports or local broadcasts. It is also the location for the hotel’s daily happy hour, which can get crowded with cruise ship passengers and vacationers. The restaurant is adult-only, as Oregon law prohibits children in bar areas. Recent reviews mention room service dessert being delicious, with the chocolate not quite lava cake but still good, and turtle cheesecake receiving a fair rating. Kids enjoyed Ruby Jewel ice cream sandwiches, and the service remains excellent. Overall, Waters Bar & Grill is a great place for a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff and good food.
