A nice bar situated inside Embassy Suites, Portland Airport Hotel, that has a calm and relaxing vibe. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful, and are a credit to the hotel.
Highly recommend a pint of Rewind Ale to any traveller in need of a decent drink. 🍺
As for the food, enjoyed the crab cake and loaded potato wedges with cheese. My only complaint would be the chicken wings were a bit dry, but that wouldn't stop me ordering again.

The halibut fish tacos are quite good. The large pieces of fish are perfectly fried, and nicely topped, though I'd suggest more Cilantro. The tacos don't come with any sides, however, the two tacos are a good light meal on their own.
The potato wedges were just OK, but not memorable. A little more crisp and something other than sour cream would really help this dish.

Stopped at the bar side first, since I was early. You have order at the bar, which is OK if it's manned. Had to wait awhile. Ordered a cheese plate for snacking. Finally for dinner had their lamb shank. It tasted good. The mash that was touching the meat was hot and the other luke warm. Aspergus well cooked. The Port ice cream not bad. Lots of fish close by to entertain you. Plenty of parking. Gates are up during the day.

The breakfast buffet is also impressive, with an omelet station, fresh fruit, and a variety of breakfast meats. The restaurant can handle unexpected occasions like Thanksgiving, serving traditional dinners with generous portions. The atmosphere includes live plants, a small waterfall, and a few TVs to watch sports or local broadcasts. It is also the location for the hotel’s daily happy hour, which can get crowded with cruise ship passengers and vacationers. The restaurant is adult-only, as Oregon law prohibits children in bar areas. Recent reviews mention room service dessert being delicious, with the chocolate not quite lava cake but still good, and turtle cheesecake receiving a fair rating.
