This is a fun place because everyone is either excited about going on a big adventure or just came back from one and ready to share a story. The staff are great and the menu is simple but delivers 100% of the time. It is hotel bar. If you order the onion rings, don’t expect it to be a typical onion ring order. It’s enormous. Typically there’s some sort of convention going on so the restaurant tends to stay active.
I was very impressed by the Rose & Compass. Had the smoked salmon cakes and a mixed green salad for dinner; delicious, high quality ingredients.
First time trying this restaurant. It was within walking distance from the hotel next door so very convenient. After a long day out and about it was nice to enjoy dinner nearby without driving anywhere. I got to enjoy a drink special for the Nail Expo, it was nice. I had the seafood carbonara, very delicious, I ate every bite. Definitely would come to this restaurant again when I'm in the area. The atmosphere was ok, just very loud.
