They're going down hill and fast. Sauces are ruining their food, -need to get a new recipe for all three sauces, they are inedible. Not one normal BBQ sauce choice. Bbq place who's signature sauce doesn't taste anything like barbeque. This time around they were obviously frozen and then defrosted. The texture was nasty. We've come here a ton since living in Sellwood and it became a favorite. Unfortunately, not anymore. This is the last time I'll eat here....
My partner and I just got back from our dinner here. He got the brisket sandwich with fries and loved it, I got the brisket bbq plate with Mac n cheese and polenta. Let me tell you, the brisket was SO salty I couldn't finish it. And I love salt. When the waitress came over and asked how it was I told her honestly how I felt, and she recommended me the dry rubbed ribs instead. They were indeed, less salty haha. Went for a company lunch. They were able to sit 6 of us without a reservation. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The smell of the food was making us super hungry. So glad our order arrived quickly. The Brisket and ribs were excellent. Also I recommend the deviled eggs. We had a wonderful company lunch. The crew was so full after it was a little hard to work, but way worth it. If you're looking for good BBQ this is the spot.
