Great burritos in terms of ingredient quality, size and speed of service. Their pico has spice and flavor that puts them light years ahead of other downtown burritos.

First time here and I think I’m gunna like this place a lot. Tiny, unassuming food truck in a parking lot. Had the Machaca breakfast burrito. First impression was great, the lady inside was very friendly. When she handed me the bag, it was heavy! So I thought that was a great sign. It was delicious. It had great flavor. It makes me very excited to try other items on the menu. Definitely give this place a try.

Really, really good burrito. At a great price. I'll definitely be back. The burrito had rice, pinto beans, asada beef, sour cream, cilantro, and some sort of spice, iirc. The spice was really awesome. I got medium spice level. It was perfect. Something about it was addictive. And it felt like it went really good with the sour cream. Overall it just added a very good flavor to the burrito. The beef was ok. Nothing special. But it also didn't have the gross connective tissue and fatty bits that are hard to chew. And this is an inexpensive little food truck, so I was totally fine with it. I appreciated how the beans and rice were had the right textures. Not overcooked and mushy. And not undercooked. Slight bite to each of em. Oh, maybe the most important part is the burrito wrap itself. It was pretty good. On the thin side. Maybe average freshness. I do think it could have been improved a good amount if it were fresher. But again, that's a little unfair to expect of an inexpensive food cart like this. I'm happy to pay ~$5 less for an average burrito wrap. It was cool how fast it came out. Gotta be under 60 seconds. And it was made fresh to order. The people were nice too. Overall, I think this is just exactly what you're looking for. Quick, cheap, good serving side, addictive, tasty, satisfying. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you want a burrito.

I hate that I’m on the east side of Portland. This is hands down the best Mexican food cart in the area. Their al pastor and carne asada tacos are the best. The torta is truly authentic and their salsas add soooo much to their insane flavours. Whenever I have a day off on a weekday I make sure to stop by here they deserve more recognition.

I got the Pastor burrito, spicy. I like spicy food and they don't mess around, this is spicy and I like it! I'll just have to eat slower, it's very delicious.

Food cart with incredible enchiladas – like maybe the best I've ever had. The sauce is sort of half way to mole, and just ? in the best way.

My burrito was dank and fat, they for sure can cook and season the meats.

Got an al pastor burrito here. Was both the biggest and tastiest burrito I have had in Portland. Service was fast too. Burrito ready in 5 min.

Decent Mexican truck in an area underserved by food carts (RIP 10th & Alder pod). I've had a lot of items from the menu, including burritos, tacos, tostadas, tortas, and enchiladas. I'd say they have three star flavor but five star portion size. I'm a pretty big eater and never go hungry here. A lighter eater would *easily* be able to get two lunches from one. The torta specifically is massive! Pro tip, I would avoid the vegetarian options here, they don't bring much to the table in my opinion. The meat options are all pretty solid.Rosales is a regular part of my work week lunch rotation. Make it part of yours too!

Phenomenal! The tacos Al pastor are delicious, and so stuffed I could have made a whole other taco with the extra. Great value and taste for the money. Will definitely come back when I'm back in town.

Don’t get the nachos. The cheese wasn’t even melted and it was served cold.
