There were two of us dining. We wanted to order from the menu with the added rice included. Somehow we received another $15.95 dish and not the additional rice that comes with the meal. Stir fried rice is $1.00 more. The stir fried rice came as shrimp fried rice. The meal that came with any type of rice didn't come with the plate of orange chicken. I knew my bill for lunch would be now over $45.00 plus tip. The more I tried to let it go, it bothered me even more. I asked the waitress to explain. She told us we ordered it. She said that she asked three times. Both of us don't remember anything aboit shrimp. All we wanted was regular fried rice as an option that added a dollar more to the bill written on the menu above the dish choices. I asked for a manager and she said, "no, he is not in." I really felt she was trying to get more money for the meal and she would get a bigger tip. I want to say this is a good place to eat, the service was good, but the communication from the waitress was hard to understand. I think this would have been corrected when ordering. She can point or say the price compared to just adding another dollar. We only drank water to save money. She did offer to take it back and correct it as I was paying, but it was her attitude wasn't being helpful in the beginning when I first asked. She sounded defensive. As I left. I was able to pay my bill for the both of us. If you go there. Really point to what you are ordering. Don't allow the waitress or anyone else serving you to put words in your mouth and then the order is more than I can afford or what I thought was what I was to pay. I won't give another chance to Royal Panda. I went there the 1st time 10 years ago. The food was okay, but not great like it was just yesterday. I paid for our meals and tipped .20,% to still show and accept that this is an easy mistake and a lack of understanding with her strong accent, and I am half to blame. I still feel that she gets away with doing this before. This is why I am writing this long review.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables only for one dish.

The waitress wrote her own tip when it was time to pay today and about a month ago she asked me for a tip I decline base on her performance and she cussed me out. I confronted her today and filmed the entire interaction. We will make this public to alert people.

We tried the salt & pepper calamari appetizer. It was well prepared but too salty. We asked if we could order some to go later in the week as we were going to a holiday party. “Can we get 4 orders to go but less salty?” They agreed and the product was ready on time. The guests loved the calamari . It was a hit ! ?Dietary restrictions: No problem asking for a salt - reduced item

Classic American Chinese. Taking you back in time with their authentic atmosphere and amazing food. This place could easily pass as that classic Christmas story Chinese restaurants. Staff were friendly, and food came out fast.I have driven by in the past and see the parking lot slammed. I think the Royal Panda has been her for over 30 years.Anyway, good luck on the road, and I wish all my Google travelers a wonderful day. Please, like, if the post was helpful.

I love pretty close to this place, and is usually my go-to for Chinese food. The staff is really nice and prices are fair for the portions you get.Overall a great place to eat, great for family-style gatherings too.

First time here and the last time I will ever go to any other Chinese restaurant. Words cannot describe the soft touch of the sweet and sour chicken touching my fried rice. Reminds me of my first kiss at summer camp where my lips touched Todd's. The tea was warm and gave me a bewitched nose wiggle. The atmosphere was as comfortable as a velvet pancake on a winter morning. The service was as if the kool aid man was going to break through the wall and say ... oh yeah! I wish I was born with three hands so I can give it a three hand thumbs up!#sweetandsourchickenlife # good eats

Great food. Service was a tad slow, but only one person was on duty out front and there was a large party in the dining room, so that's to be expected. Building is older, but good atmosphere. Would certainly recommend coming here.

My bf and I got food delivered from here Saturday night. The food wasn't the best. We got the chicken chow mein, kung pao chicken and fried rice. The chicken chow mein was good but hardly any chicken. The kung pao was very sweet and not that delicious. The chicken tasted like frozen food from the store. The fried rice we got on the side was bland and horrible. We couldn't even eat half of the food we got. Our stomachs started to hurt and we threw out the food.
