Both blonde bartenders are great at what they do. Haven't met the others but they're probably fine too. Anyone beefing about any of them were probably acting out of line and got checked. This is a dive bar and sometimes that's necessary. Doesn't stop some people from getting butt hurt though lol. Royal Panda is a Chinese restaurant located in Portland, known for its great food and reasonable prices. The kid-friendliness is a plus, with kind responses towards children. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with nice lighting, and the service is prompt and attentive. Many customers praise the hot and sour soup, calling it the best they've ever had, and enjoy dishes like shrimp with vegetables served with perfect crispy veggies and white rice. The Mongolian Beef with fried rice also receives high praise for its flavorful, tender meat and well-cooked broccoli. The restaurant is accommodating to dietary restrictions, easily adjusting seasoning for take-out orders, including reduced salt. The food quality, especially the soup and shrimp dishes, is highly appreciated, though some dishes like egg foo young may be previously frozen and less impressive for the price. Overall, Royal Panda remains a favorite spot for a tasty meal and good service, making it a well-loved place for families and regular diners alike.
