Great drinks but extremely rude staff! Went on an early Sunday morning, and the dude taking my order seemed so distracted (like I was an inconvenience to him) that he messed up my party's order. It's just a weird vibe there with the staff.

Saint Simon's drinks are all very smooth but the real star is their mochas. There's never too much sediment at the bottom, every sip is the perfect sip. The Brazee location is nice too but the poshness is a little much. This location is a charmer. :)

Ok, since it's difficult to find unless you go there, here's some relevant info. They do not roast their own (despite Google AI's insistence) They have paired with Coava to get a Saint Simon specific coffee roast/blend. It's pretty darn good. Very earthy and spicy. It is one of the pricier Cortados in town.

This is some of the best coffee in a city of great coffee. Really great staff, lovely cup of Joe and a nice location. Their wifi is also super strong. Can't say enough good things, they can make a flat white, cappuccino or latte perfectly.
