Salt and straw never fails. They always have new seasonal flavor. Usually customer service is great but this time around it wasn’t the best. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars

One of the best ice creams I ever had in the US. The staff was friendly and acknowledged. They are happy to offer you the samples. I like the way they keep changing the menu seasonally. So it's interesting to try the different tastes every time I come visit here. The waffle cone was my favorite. It smelled so good!

I visited on a June Sunday and faced a long queue. By the time it was my turn, I was hot and exhausted, making the experience feel almost magical. It seems hunger and heat were the secret ingredients!

The reason i give this place a 3 and not a 5 is because of the type of options for ice cream.
The ice cream is amazing. But I have to ask.. how are you an ice cream place and not have Sundays or banana splits?!?!? I find it very strange.

Got this in July of 2024 at Salt and Straw. Not a great photo but I think it was Wild Foraged Berry Slab Pie and Huckleberry Corn Bread Pudding. I normally stick to chocolate ice cream except when I’m here. These were amazing. Highly recommend. I give it 10 stars out of 10.
