A cozy little spot with excellent food, and a fun selection of beer and cider, ALL GLUTEN FREE! No gluten even allowed on the premises! The nachos were the best I've ever had, and I order nachos everywhere! The fish was cooked to perfection, with a lovely light, crispy, well seasoned batter! DON'T SKIP the papusas! They. Are. Exceptional!! Thank you to our lovely wait staff, including the very sweet Koana, and shout out to the awesome Playlist!

pupusas are so good! when they made the wrong thing for my order they gave me the extra and extra curtido to eat with it (neither of which were necessary they’re just that nice!) amazing food and people! i can’t recommend this place enough i bring all my friends here !

Salvi PDX deserves all five stars! The pupusas are hands down the best in town—authentic, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The menu has something for everyone, including amazing gluten-free options. The staff is super friendly. If you’re craving Salvadoran food, this is the place to go!

I have no gluten allergies and I am still sick 24 hrs later.
The food was bland and the pupusitas are basically quesadillas. We ordered 6 different kinds. All Bleh. Marginal. And tasted similar to Taco Bell.
The brewery server ignored us so she could chat with another customer (20 minutes) and never made eye contact to say "Just a min". Despite standing at the bar waiting for her attention.
The in-person yet on-line ordering protocol is very impersonal and seemed like an excuse to ignore customers and remove accountability.
There were a handful of people (8?) that ordered ahead of us and we waited OVER AN HOUR!
Horrible dining experience, I do not recommend it. I rarely post restaurant reviews and have dined across the USA. And usually let things go.
So this place definitely made themselves noteworthy! 🤢
