Salvi was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant since getting to Portland. Their pupusas are better than my Tios and everyone is so wonderfully warm and inviting. Be sure to come by on a Wednesday for $5 pints AND pupusas!!! I did the 3 pupusas for 13 so I could try 6 different ones with my partner and every single one was amazing.

We always love the food at Salvi, but this Valentine’s dinner boil was fabulous!! All the seafood was fresh and delicious, crab was so sweet and delicious perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth. As always the food always has the perfect amount of heat!Definitely check them out for all the gluten free foods!

Dietary restrictions: My husband has an adult onset celiac disease (gluten intolerance, severe) and Groundbreaker (100% gluten free beer brewery) is now offering a colab 100% free gluten free brunch in house by reservation, by Salvi - cutest family owned cooking operation ever, inspired by their daughter’s gluten allergy and how much she misses Popeyes chicken. My husband fulfilled his dream of GF chicken and waffles and I had eggs and Chicharron (150 Yr old family recipe), I had mimosas he had sick GF beers. 17$ per plate and totally worth it, mimosas and beers standard and affordable. No wait once we arrived as far as sitting down, cute and cozy ambience.
