The young lady had to eat her dinner first. She forgot my 2 slices were in the oven. She apologized. The 2nd 2 were barely warm rushing to get my order to me. Poor customer service.

No more free slices for students. No more specialty hot sauces. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for $18. The pizza crust seemed different since I came here a couple months ago. It used to be a fluffy and crispy sourdough crust. Now the crust is thinner and the pizza is smaller and nothing special. There are too many changes to this place, I won’t be returning.

My wife and I were going to dine in and looked at the sandwich menu, decided which sandwiches we wanted and started to order. As soon as my wife said what sandwich she wanted, the guy at the register rudely replied “no sandwiches “ when asked why they were on the menu, he replied “we’re slowly phasing them out due to low sales “ I called the Pizza Schmitz on SW Barnes Road and was greeted by a friendly voice that said “sure we have sandwiches!” I will never return to the 82nd Street location. Because of the other location’s response, I might give another location business, just to try them out for the first time.

Poorly made pizza for the price! You're better off going to little Cesar's pizza you get better quality for less money.

Best pizza place in town the Puerto Rican guy flipping pies is the best great customer service and awareness highly recommendKid-friendliness: They love kids they have cookies stickers and gum balls and also a great selection of coloring pages full of alien stuff for the kids
Stopped by randomly after running some errands in the neighborhood and had a lovely experience from start to finish…!Very friendly service, great music playing, unique atmosphere, and - most importantly- the pizza was delicious, served quickly and hot! Will most def be back
This place has been apart of my childhood and the past couple months i’ve come in I was kinda disappointed. This last time I visited? it was phenomenal! They really turned it around. Still an out of this world vibe with the alien theme throughout the restaurant. The “Genoa” was as good as the day I first had it . The crust so fluffy and yummy cause they coat it with parmesan. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The Alien vibe is great, the Za is fast and perfect. They offer habanero sauce (secret ardvark) for an extra kick.
Pizza Schmiza is my go-to. The Secret Ardvaark sauce they carry is so addicting. Great ingredients, awesome crust, and a cool vibe.
