The prices are really reasonable for the airport. Got the biscuits and gravy and let me tell you the flavor of the gravy was salt! I was able to eat about half, there was a nice amount of sausage so I don't understand the need for so much salt otherwise. Keep in mind.
This was my first time dining at the Screen Door PDX. My breakfast was simple, just eggs and cheese grits, but very tasty!! I want to compliment the entire staff. While I was there, all staff were attentive, very cheerful and pleasant and kept the tables clean and ready for customers at all times. Very southern hospitality, but not much of what you see these days and pleasantly surprised - especially in an airport restaurant! A standard for all restaurants, in my opinion. Way...
The chicken and waffles were excellent, but I advise you not to use the QR codes on the tables to order. Apparently the code on my table added my order to the table next to mine, and the server seemed to keep implying that I had tried to add my food to the other patrons tab on purpose or something. When it finally got sorted out the bill she gave me was more than the correct amount for what I ordered but I just paid it anyway and left so I didn't have to deal with it anymore.
