I've been going to this location pretty frequently and it's always packed. I've been so impressed with the staff at this location. Always very friendly and attentive. It's hard to be that way when you have a line all day!!! Kudos Starbucks

Obviously Starbucks' quality is very standardized across all of their stores but this store in particular is super efficient and friendly. It might be one of the busiest in Portland because it's right in the middle of PSU's campus. These people rarely miss a beat and they get people in and out fast. They deserve an unquestioned raise for the pressure they perform in.

Although conveniently located right off 405 & Beardsley, this Starbucks location seems to be hit & miss. The staff is very friendly, but seems to be rushed which leads to mistakes. To me, getting orders correct is far more important then getting orders out fast. As a side, if I get one pump of two flavors for a total of two pumps, why do I get charged fir an extra flavor when normally it's 2-3 pumps of the first? I guess it's the cost of addiction. Coffee on!

It is what it is. I go here regularly in the morning for coffee since I'm not a fan of any of the local options in the area. (Got a suggestion? hit me up!) Anyways, my go tos are a flat white or a large iced green tea. Pretty hard to mess those up. But the staff is always smiling at seven am and they have pretty quick service given the crowds. If you need to go to Starbucks go to this one and not the other one right next to campus by subway. That one is truly awful and my coffee is always tainted there.
