best chicken enchiladas I've ever had
Consistently the best carnitas burrito in Portland- crispy tortilla, very flavorful, guac included, giant- what more could a person ask for? Lovely staff, fast service. I’ve never waited for more than 10 minutes. I would be devastated if this food cart no longer existed. I get two meals from one burrito for $11. If not for yourself, come here for me so I can continue to eat my favorite lunch.
This is a great spot. Right by PSU, and with a couple tables to eat. I ordered a quesadilla de asada and it was ready very quickly. The people running the truck are very nice and the prices are pretty good. Also right next to a bunch of bus and streetcar stops, which is nice.
