Excellent donuts and a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend the cinnamon twist pictured below.

I love the bagels at Sesame Donuts... but I have to say two or three days after the donut is made it should be passed on. Sometimes the donuts are excellent and sometimes they taste a little burnt oil/ old oil. Everyone here is friendly and has a fantastic attitude, but then again the donuts should be pretty much fresh, everyday. So in conclusion I am saying please do not let them sit for 2 or 3 days and serve them. We know how business is we tend to overstock.

I usually get a huge bagel with cream cheese. The bagels are always fresh tasting!

Love this franchise throughout Portland, but I walked into this location and saw they had hate filled conservative propaganda playing non-stop on their TV and I immediately left. Not the way I want to start my day ever. Pretty tone deaf in a city as blue as Portland with so many other great options around.

Sesame Donuts was a small store I stumbled upon while in the area. I really wanted a donut, so I went inside. They also had bagels, so I thought, "Let me get myself a bagel because I'm hungry." I ended up getting an apple fritter donut and a plain bagel with cream cheese; altogether, it was $7. They even heated up—toasted—the bagel and then put the cream cheese on it. They put on a lot of cream cheese, not just a little bit. It was so good 😋. The donut, on the other hand, was a little stale. It wasn't that good, but still tasty. They also have a variety of drinks there like coffee or juice. I would recommend stopping by and getting yourself something nice and tasty to eat or drink.

Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and gluten-free options.

Kid-friendliness: It's kid-friendly. There are tons of delicious doughnuts for kids to enjoy.

Hate to say it but this was the worst bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had. Gray eggs, completely dry burnt bagel, saddest bacon. Coffee doesn’t even smell of coffee. I just wanted breakfast 😭

I wandered in here from the farmer's market. They have a lot of inside seating. The bell rings when the door is opened.

The donuts are pretty solid. The server told me that they are most famous for the raspberry cheesecake (or raspberry cream?, I forgot the name). It was basically a jelly-filled donut with something like frosting on top. It was heavenly. It goes really well with black coffee. I tried the sesame donut hole for fun (because their name is Sesame Donuts), but it was mid. The Sid's Special was like a blueberry-filled donut, which didn't taste as good as the raspberry one. The Portland Cream was a cream-filled donut, similar to the Boston Cream.

Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. I didn't see any available bathrooms.

I got a chocolate devil glaze donut and it was delicious! Very moist, sweet, and cost $2.30. Plenty of tables and chairs. No free street parking that I could find, just paid. Would definitely come back for another donut.

Tried raspberry filled dout holes& sesame seed don't holes. If you're a fan of sesame I'm sure you'd like it. It was okay for me but the raspberry don't hole was yummmm. Food Rating is for that not for Sesame donut hole.

Nice donut shop! Larger space inside than I anticipated. Some of the options we were interested in were gone by the time we came by, but what we did receive was tasty.
