Every time i come in here, they make me what i consider to be the best cappuccino in Portland. And I'm very discerning. Beans always outta this world. Kid had a full on meltdown here one time and i still go.

Chill coffee shop with quality menu. A bit pricey for my budget but otherwise quite pleasant. Lots of natural light!

$7.25 before tip for an iced oat latte is about a dollar (or more) than competitors.

I understand costs of doing business, but when places are trying to squeeze the customer and the experience isn't better in some way, I'm not going to choose them over others. There's no rewards membership to keep me coming back, no warmth in the space (in service or atomosphere), and their coffee isn't better than the likes of others within walking distance.

Massive price increase, cant answer a phone, overcharges for bags when bought in house. A $22 bag will cost $26 if you buy it in person versus online.

I love this place normally but today the blonde woman that took my order was so rude and not personable at all then poured my espresso on her hand and the counter made a joke about it and then asked if I was “having a time” when I was not responding to her after the fact. I’ve never had a bad time here til now. Probably just gonna keep going to the other location. Yikes.

Thankyou to the man closing on 2/20 @3pm. He was so kind to still take our order minutes before closing with such attentive care. You have great customer service and are a skilled barista!

Zero VirtuesThere was, and maybe still is, an issue with the register, where it's overcharging on bagels by $2 according to their menu..I was treated like a problem to get rid of rather than a person to hear out when I brought it up. I had to repeat myself a multitude of times just to be heard; they trusted that register and refused to entertain the idea that some items might be programmed incorrectly. It was super frustrating.$3bagel+$0.50 +$1.50 does not equal 7.--But it's true that it's hard to see the math because the register doesn't say how much it's charging for the bagel, only for the toppings, and then the total of all.Is it programmed like this on purpose? In any case, I won't be going back

Great coffee and good bagel sandwiches! The only complaint is when I ordered online I did not see an option to leave a tip, as I rarely carry cash.
