The shake shack the food is good its very clean the employees are friendly its a very spacious area outside dining inside dining. But if your over 6' good luck getting in a bench table but over all its a good place to take your family ??

I love shake shack! This is a good location, always consistent. Way better than in-n-out. And you may just be in and out quicker than the alternative, as well!There's zero parking, try whole foods parking garage if you're an out of Towner and be sure to stop by Powell's while you are in the neighborhood.Outside seating area is great and they have a ping pong table which is cool!

Used the kiosk to place our order, ordered two beers, screen said someone will be right over to enter a code to continue. No one came. Went to the counter to let someone know we needed a code and she didn’t even look or say a world to us. Walked over to our screen, did her thing and left. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. We saw several people ask her questions and she ignored them.Our food was sloppily made tasted fine, nothing special. While we waited for our food there were several people around us complaining that they had been waiting a very long time for their order. The place was very unorganized.
Out of chicken, out of the mushroom burger… and they have no idea where they source the veggie burger? I don’t eat red meat and was very disappointed my first time here by the service. Left without ordering and will not be back.

Portions are pretty small for what you pay for. They ask for a tip and they don't bus your table nor bring you your food. Also there is no one there to greet you when you walk in the restaurant. The indoor tables are gross and nasty like no one goes around and cleans them. Also the employees are not that friendly either like they don't greet you and look irritated if you have a question about their menue.I highly doubt they will be around long as sizzle pie across the street. My 40 bucks could have been spent there and I could have gotten a entire pizza plus booze .

We came in on a Sunday at 1:30. Our party was two adults and 3 teenagers. I want to start with the pros: the food was fantastic. We ordered 4 burgers and a hot dog, 4 specialty fries and one regular fry. Everything was great and everyone was super happy. Cons: 1 of the iPads where you order wasn’t working so it caused major congestion right at the door. The iPads were easy enough to use though. All the workers were working their butts off but it took our food 30 minutes to get out to us, which was frustrating.I took off one star because of how long it took to get our food (they need more people working) but the food was good and we will be coming back!

Weird off-putting vibes from the counter staff. Ordered online, came in to pick up food. There's half a dozen employees talking and giggling amongst themselves, probably another half dozen on grills and doing various things, but nobody at the pickup counter. After about a minute or so, one slowly puts on a glove, walks over to the counter, puts on the other glove, and blankly stares forward. I move up and give my order name, the employee doesn't say a word or acknowledge anything and just lets a long pause go by while locking eyes, eventually turns around, walks back, grabs a bag and hands it to me in silence, and walks off somewhere unseen leaving another customer hanging.Food was fine, atmosphere was fine, and it didn't even take that long all things considered, but was probably the single most awkward human experience I've had in months.
