Waitress took my order of 2 milk shakes and after N hour never showed with them. When I asked her about them she replied I'm sorry it's a bummer when I forget what was your order again...That's not cool. Ended up paying $17 for 2 apple pie shakes that were barely frozen still And waited an hour and 20 minutes for them

Portions were smaller than expected (I frequent different Shari's locations several times a year). Tables were filthy and sticky with syrup (see photo of sanitizing wipe) and seats were broken. Some of the steamed vegetables were black and questionable. Plenty of parking, but trash all over. Hmmm... probably not coming back to this location again.

Work at the hotel near the airport location sent customers over for dinner after an hour they walked back with no food then went to call to have order placed no answer or even someone to assist Kathleen was the server and was very rude and when I placed a Togo oder and she said 15 mins I sat there for over 40 min and then still.no oder placed or cooked worst service ever

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. They seat you and then just don’t help you at all afterwards. Tried ordering takeout and 5 different drivers attempted to pick up. Every time Shari’s told them someone else just picked it up. Mean spirited people with no life. This location should be shut down it ruins the reputation of the entire company. To the terrible people working here, just get a job you actually enjoy. You don’t have to make life harder for your customers
