"This Ship Don't Sink" is the perfect motto for this bar. A local neighborhood spot that's been kicking up dust since the 40's offering local craft beers and great times. They stay open until 2:30 unlike most of the bars in Portland nowadays. For that reason alone I'm giving them 5 stars. I've been there during daylight hours and now late night hours. With both experiences I have learned that Ship Ahoy Tavern has very friendly bartenders. I didn't feel uncomfortable. I didn't feel like the regulars got more attention. All around I think this place is great. I won at video poker too so that's always a good thing! Thanks...
