Got butter chicken with rice and cucumber raita. Great sauce with 3-4 tiny chunks of chicken in the meat dish and ZERO cucumber slices in the raita

amazing food, great prices and really kind service
Love eating at Silsila. The naan and curry consistency that we first found in Mt Shasta City can now be found closer to home in Portland. As with many of the best ethnic restaurants, the decor is basic as the focus is on the food. We've eaten in, had takeout, and had it delivered. Eating in or takeout is preferred since it's not far away for us. Tikka masala, daal, and naan are always great and the double curry special is a good deal. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There are many so-so Indian restaurants in Portland. This isn't one of them.

This was the perfect surprise for our anniversary dinner. Clean space with great mood music. The food was amazing we asked them to choose our meals, appetizers and drinks. Everything was amazingly flavorful. A huge thank you to our gentleman who waited on us he was very funny and extremely attentive.

I've been ordering lunch from here for several years now. The food is always good, the service is excellent, and it's one of the places I recommend to people in the area. My two favorite things are the Mango Tikka Masala and the Chili Cheese Naan. I'm a fan of spicy and I've never had a complaint about the food being too spicy or not spicy enough. Extra spicy is pretty hot... but I love it.

We loved their food. It had right level of spice and taste. Will come back soon.
The food was delicious! Everything was incredibly flavored and the service was absolutely fantastic! It was very nice to sit inside to escape summer heat with the air conditioning inside. Absolutely coming back!

Been ordering delivery for years. Best Indian spot I’ve been to in Portland! It’s so good and high quality ingredients. Ate at the brick and mortar for the first time and wasn’t disappointed, it was even better and more fresh. Everything I’ve had is good.
This is the best Indian food I've ever eaten! The spices were so lovely, and different from what I've had. Great service. I highly recommend this place. I'll be eating here every time I come from California!

We ordered Dal Tadka, aloo Gobi and tandoori roti. All delicious food. Tandoori roti were a bit off as they were too thin like papad. Room of improvement in tandoori roti. We ordered aloo parantha, it was good.
Awesome spot for Indian
Amazing food, amazing staff, really just great overall! Great selection of Indian beer! One of favorite places to eat at! I got the vindaloo lamb! It was my perfect spicy! And my brother got the baingan bhartha, it’s like eggplant dish very yummy too!! And you can never have enough garlic nan!! We always get so much Nan and we finish it too lol
