Visiting Portland from New York and decided to give Sisters Ethiopian Restaurant a try. The spicy beef tibs were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care. The service was welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. I will definitely be stopping by again before I head back to New York. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Ethiopian food in Portland.
Get a group together and try everything! You will have so much fun. You’ve got to try the coffee it’s so good, and the dishes will really surprise you. Everything is so flavorful and the spices are warm and complex but the food isn’t ever too spicy. Definitely good for people who don’t like spice and those who do. The man who hosted our experience was so kind and happy to tell us about the food. You can have a really affordable, beautiful and delicious experience here.
I've been dining at Sister's for several years. Simply delicious food. Tastes are fantastic! I'm a long time Veterinarian and I am so very satisfied. The owners are super friendly. They give excellent fast service and are priced fairly. Nice ambience and music too. Make this your weekly treat like I do, enjoy.
