Great place. Great staff. Kinda could use a bit more variety on the meat pizzas, but they are great pies. I eat here about once a week or so.

Obviously the food is amazing, it’s sizzle pie. Everyone is so friendly and awesome! We wish, in today’s world that they had a separate and protected area for gluten free. It’s not celiac safe but does have gluten free. They have the great tasting and healthy sod options of Jones!

My partner and I almost exclusively order the "Steve Caballero" pizza here with vegan pepperoni/sausage, onion, peppers, and vegan cheese and we love it pretty much everytime. Not a heavy/greasy pizza either so it goes down easily without the bloat from some pizzas.

I have been a customer of sizzle pie for over 5 years. In fact, the Burnside location was my go to spot for the last 2 since it was next to my favorite bar. I am APALLED and DISGUSTED that a buisness based in the progressive city of Portland, OR would shut down bc of their employees completely legal decision to unionize.

I will NEVER eat at sizzle pie again. I will tell EVERYONE not to eat there as the buisness of sizzle pie does not respect the portlanders that work there. How can you play hardcore music and be a union busting buisness? How can you harbor the punk aesthetic but do the LEAST punk thing ever and close bc employees decided to unionize?

Closing this location is a bad decision since it was the only one that didn't have rats on the patio. Walked by downtown location and saw rats by the door. Guess once your a union buster, the rodents know where to go!

Union busting is disgusting! I have enjoyed the pizza but after hearing they are closing a second store because it unionized, I'm going to go elsewhere for my slices.

I’ve gone I. Her 4 times since November 1st between 5-8 pm. Not once have the had slices of pepperoni pizza. Every time I have tried to asked, I’ve been told it going to be atleast 1-1.5 hours. So I’ve been unsuccessful in 4 attempts to try a slice. On my second visit I put in a online ordered for 2 hours in advance. When I got there at 6pm they said my pizza was burnt but had a new one in the oven and it would only be “10 minutes”. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and left with no pizza, due to nobody putting my pizza actually in

I've only ever ordered a slice or two from this Sizzle Pie from "The Pie Hole" window inside of the Hollywood Theater, but they do make a tasty slice. The thinnest of the thin, the basics such as simply cheese or pepperoni are decent, but where they truly shine are the specials. I'm sure they rotate with enough frequency to be difficult to lock down, but the 70 Bandits special I had during my showing of Seven Samurai was really frickin' good, and it's a pretty good slice of pie for the price.

Just a quick note: if ordering from within the theater, don't sidle up to the window to grab a slice - order from the concession stand nearby. They'll give you a receipt, which you can take to the window to grab your order.

I live in the neighborhood, and this Sizzle Pie was a great find. I feel safe walking over a few blocks and getting a fantastic slice of pizza. Their Caligula salad is also quite good and they serve Jones Soda in fountain form. I love that.
This Sizzle Pie gets a big thumbs up from me.

Delicious pizza all around! One of our party had major food restrictions that they were able to accommodate, and we were so grateful! The experience was great, the employees were super helpful and able to answer questions about ingredients to keep our party member safe.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, low fodmap restrictions able to be accommodated!
