Bartenders were okay, drinks were not good, we ordered a strawberry mule and all we could taste was the ginger. Bartender refused to remake it and wanted to charge me for an entirely new one even though it was badly made. Service was poor.

I mean we all love our neighborhood dive bar, right? So I’m declaring my bias. Also, when I bring new people they say things like “that was the best burger I’ve had in a long time” and “this place is great” so….solid bar food (fried chicken sandwich add cheese is my go-to) great art (you can buy) on the walls, excellent pool tables, the best staff, and it’s just the right amount of busy.
Great service, fun atmosphere, worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The sandwich is 75% lettuce. Pretty much a single chicken tender on a hoagie roll. Also has a weird flavor I do not have the words to describe. I’m not usually a sandwich stickler, but I am struck by the strangeness of this food item I spent $15 on. The beer is not washing the flavor away. I do not know what to do.

I had a great evening here tonight. Had the grilled cheese and tomato soup, highly recommend. Drink prices are super reasonable and there are a lot of options available. Went on a Thursday evening and there wasn’t a long wait. Highly recommend the burgers as well :)
