Wow. Excellent tea. Can highly recommend. Menu is small, but very well done. Seating inside and outside, although the train does pass right next to the building (so outside may be loud). Orders do take about 15 minutes to prepare and you’ll want to sip, so budget about 45 minutes. Some free parking immediately in front (less than 1/2 dozen spaces). Bakery items are limited. No Smith points on transactions in store.

My favorite Smith tea spot. I love watching the packing robots and other busy goings on. The staff are nice. The drinks great. Quiet and cozy, with a nice patio.

Disappointed that their kegs were out and their tea flight wasn't available. Did end up with a tasty beverage though, so that was nice. Paper straws however, are gross.
Also, no fault of their own, but oh my goodness, the noise/honking from the trains is pretty dang annoying. Kills the otherwise mellow and chill vibe.

Lord Bergamot is a classic! (Hot) also tried the iced jasmine peach which was free today. Enjoyed the free magazines and the real flowers in the delicate glass vase.

Cute industrial tea room overlooking the production area and store with a variety of teas to purchase. I got a matcha latte, and it was delicious, but I also noticed tea flights were available. Next time!

Just an FYI they don’t serve anything 30 minutes before closing. So make sure you make before that time or a wasted trip

There was hair in my tea…. When I paid an overpriced amount of money for a box of tea bags… WHY WERE HALF OF THE TEA BAGS EMPTY?! Quite pathetic management if you ask me.

Wonderful people! We mentioned how sad we were that we can't get Silent Night. Like Santa himself Phillip came through with a big box of it from the back! Our winter is set. All their teas are top notch, and it's a great environment as well.

What a delightful find on a rainy day. We read about, looked at and sniffed our way through the entire shop, then decided to sample a couple of seasonal teas while watching many others do the same. There's a blend for just about anyone and you can even create your own tea sampler from their bagged varieties. It's a fairly small shop so strollers wouldn't be easy to navigate with, though children seemed welcome.
