Tea tastes unique in different pots, making it more fascinating than coffee. This place calls themselves Teamaker but do not understand the soul of making tea - they refuses to give you the tea bag - either to go or stays. They do have great teas, which makes me feel very sad for the tea. PLUS the male staff working here is very rude when he explained that he would NO WAY give the tea bag.

I love tea, especially chamomile. I went to La Provence today and was so glad they have Chamomile there, but shocked when it wasn't the typical grocery store packet.
It was so good I asked them the brand (because I HAVE to buy it.) It was the best tea I've ever tasted, and I've been drinking tea close to 50 years.
I don't know where to buy it yet, but I hope to find it very soon.

I love this place… but I’m disappointed.
I hate to leave a bad review because the people who work here are usually super friendly and it’s one of my favorite places. But… there is this one scrawny guy with brown hair that is super uninviting and rude. Every. Single. Time. Whenever he takes my order it’s not a pleasant experience and doesn’t make me want to be there. I witnessed him speaking rude to other customers as well. He also scorched my tea/milk. I usually get a lavender fog and it’s delicious. I get oat milk(which is usually heavenly), but it tasted like burnt pepper and oil..? He needs to be taught how customer service works, and how to actually make tea… not a fun experience.

A great variety of hot and iced teas. Both loose leaf (to take home) as well as a great selection for both hot and cold days. Large, picture windows on 2 sides. Great people watching along 23rd sor else sit back and enjoy a good read while you sip on their fizzy iced teas or a hot tea.

my phone autopoppulated the address to an old address. I instantly contacted them to let them know as there was no way to cancel or modify the order. that directed me to their email. I sent them an email right away and received a generic response and that they'd get back to me. I just recorded a notice, couple days later, that they shipped to the wrong address. their support team is very slow, and I'm pretty bummed that a really expensive tea I wanted to try is going to another location because their run around with generic auto responses on Facebook and their website.
