I truly wanted to like this cart. I really like salt and pepper shrimp. I got half squid and half shrimp. The squid was over cooked and very chewy. I took it home so maybe it was a function of driving home. Also the seasoning was really light. Salt and pepper dishes I have had in the past were highly seasoned…with salt and pepper. Also they have always had jalapeño rings in the dish which add some heat to compliment the salt and pepper. Maybe this is a different dish than...
