Excellent food, fantastic drinks and wonderful bar staff, Sousol is easily one of our favorite bars, period. I cannot recommend taking your special someone here for any reason you can find, you'll always have a good time, and the vibes are immaculate - it feels like it's your own personal speakeasy hideaway, just jazzed up. Fabian was our bartender this last time and he was exceptional. As always, cannot wait to come back.

Our bartender Franklin was so friendly and knowledgeable! The drinks they make here are complex and so intriguing... very hard to put into words that they just must be experienced to understand why they are SO exceptional. I cannot recommend anywhere else in Portland that can compete
