Inconsistent quality and service. Sometimes service is fast and the bagels are good, sometimes it’s slow and they are poorly done. Today my everything bagel was burnt on the top, I had to scrape off all of the charred bitter garlic bits in order to eat it. The cold brew is good, but in the past I’ve gotten drip coffee and taken one sip before throwing it out. I’ll be back because it is the only decent bagel spot near me, I just wish they were consistently...

This trip was different in a good way. Usually the smear is the problem area, not enough cream cheese, this it was exactly right, not to little, not too much.... Toasted just right. It was a great bagel and cream cheese! If I was to complain about anything it would have been the wait, however there were several people ahead of me and it was well worth the wait. Additionally my wife liked the coffee so much I bought a bag of coffee beans for her morning coffee.

Bagels are good. I’ve had a few of the sandwiches. The eggs seem like they come from a box, which is the one food-related disappointment given the price. Their main problem is service. Expect to wait 10 minutes longer than your estimated pick up time, which is always a bit annoying. Expect to get home and have the sandwiches unlabeled. Not a huge thing, but another added annoyance. Expect that they’ll get something wrong with the order (missplaced order ticket, wrong bagel)...
