Love my spuds, was excited to see a spud food cart.Quantity is definitely enough for a good meal. I stop by often on my way home to pick up a spud for dinner and am good for the night.Quality is great, good spuds cooked all the way though. Never cold or overly wrinkly, good fresh spud.Service is tops. Very friendly, and set proper time expectations.I wish they were open all the time... but from what I've picked up they are doing what's right for them. Work life balance is important and seems they got it down.
Vegetarian options: Spuds.
Parking: Standard asphalt parking lot, extended to gravel and field overflow.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not designed for wheelchair access, the window is too high. There is space between carts with sufficient room for a chair to fit without issue. They can accommodate you and are very friendly, I cant imagine having any issues placing or receiving an order. Might need to grab their attention by calling out to them. The tables do not have designated wheelchair spots, they currently have park tables with bench seating, and have open ends that could accommodate, but may bring you close to the end of the covered area. The ground is flat no inclines or stairs. The cart site is new and growing rapidly changing.

Just recently opened at the food court that's starting up near TV Hwy. and 185th, "The Garage Food Carts." We picked up dinner here at the recommendation of my father who'd been previously and it was great! The portion size felt like a good value for money, the potato was cooked perfectly, the service was friendly, and most importantly - everything was delicious!I think I got the "Big Jack," if I remember right, and I'd highly recommend it. Pickled jalapenos were a great addition to it, too. I'll have to try the rib dinner in the future.

Even though Google says they are closed, they are indeed open in the new location at the Garage Food Court in Aloha Oregon. Excellent potatoes for lunch and we came back for ribs for dinner. Great people, great food!
