Love my spuds, was excited to see a spud food cart.Quantity is definitely enough for a good meal. I stop by often on my way home to pick up a spud for dinner and am good for the night.Quality is great, good spuds cooked all the way though. Never cold or overly wrinkly, good fresh spud.Service is tops. Very friendly, and set proper time expectations.I wish they were open all the time... but from what I've picked up they are doing what's right for them. Work life balance...
Just recently opened at the food court that's starting up near TV Hwy. and 185th, "The Garage Food Carts." We picked up dinner here at the recommendation of my father who'd been previously and it was great! The portion size felt like a good value for money, the potato was cooked perfectly, the service was friendly, and most importantly - everything was delicious!I think I got the "Big Jack," if I remember right, and I'd highly recommend it. Pickled...
Even though Google says they are closed, they are indeed open in the new location at the Garage Food Court in Aloha Oregon. Excellent potatoes for lunch and we came back for ribs for dinner. Great people, great food!
