The service is terrific. The atmosphere is good but they are very deferential to extremely noisy and disruptive customers... I appreciate that they are welcoming to everyone but when there's an Ozzy Osbourne impersonator screaming at the top of his lungs it kind of makes it uncomfortable for everyone else.

I came here to work while my car was being repaired nearby. After ordering and sitting down, I discovered that I could not connect to the Wi-Fi login page on any of my devices. I had to ask the workers twice before being told by the manager that they could not reset the router and would have to call support. It was very clear she had no intention of doing so, and after 90 minutes of wasted time I left.
If you need to actually use Wi-Fi, I wouldn't trust this location.

Zadie was the cashier and she fought me on everything I tried to order “that’s not a thing” or “that’s never been on our menu” it has been on the menu on another Starbucks. Didn’t appreciate the way I was treated at all. I got my drink and explained it wasn’t right and it needed to be corrected the guy asked what was wrong with it I kindly explained it was supposed to be in a venti he said it wasn’t in the notes.. ohkay how is that my problem? Jenny then said I was verbally abusive ??

Not happy with how I was treated. I ordered a Java chip with whip cream on top and bottom. The girl up front didn't write it on the side of the cup (which is fine, it happens), so I nicely asked the girl in the back to fix it and apologized. She rudely said, "so that'd be a cookie crumble" I said,"no it isn't a cookie crumble, I don't like the cookie crumbles on there, so I don't order it that way". Then the girl said,"well it's the same base so we'd have to charge you more". So, I asked why and explained that I've never been told that before by any other location. She ended up just turning around instead of explaining why itd be more and then was pretty cold. I was nice from the get go, tipped, and apologized for the inconvenience of fixing the whip cream.

I don’t usually post reviews but the service I received from one of the workers in a black apron named Jenny was the worst I’ve ever gotten. I was stopping by with my grandmother after coming back from the airport and she treated her so disrespectfully. Now my grandmother speaks limited English but only asked for a small coffee and this woman rolled her eyes and didn’t say a word more to us. As for the couple behind us it was all cheery and she remembered how to give customer service. It wouldn’t have been so bad if she didn’t treat other customers completely different in front of us. Never coming back again
