These guys are always pretty fast, and nice. Good customer service. In the last two weeks though, I’ve been receiving drinks that were supposed to be alternative milk (lactose intolerant, I CANNOT drink milk even a little) and were made with real milk. Even drinks that are signature oat milk lattes that default come with oat milk, I’ve received twice with real milk. I didn’t realize each time until I’d already gotten far away and then tried the drink. I have wasted money (not cheap!) several times in just last couple weeks at this location and gotten very sick once. I’ve not had this problem with them before, but am probably going to another location for a while.

REJOICE!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars forever because the square ice still lives!!! My iced beverages are SO much better with it, versus the little nugget chunks that melt and dilute your drink immediately — gross & truly the worst to switch to in my opinion, and most other locations only have that (is it because it’s cheaper?). I will literally make the drive here because of this, so thank you! PLEASE never switch!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the last 2 months from having the kindest, caring, and most thoughtful staff. I tip EVERYONE, right down to convenient store employees. The recently hired staff don't even deserve the coins in my change. In the 20+ years that I've been an extremely generous and loyal customer at Starbucks, this is the FIRST TIME I EVER WROTE A COMPLAINT to the company. I hope this gives you something to think about the next time you go about hiring your employees.

Please make the drinks on time and not talk about your personal life or go extra slow . Not everyone works at Fred meyers and has all the time in the world.I made the poor choice of getting my coffee at Fred meyers early am because I had an emergency shopping to do .I knew I should’ve driven extra and got my coffee at my normal spot .There were 2 girls behind the counter one with Halloween makeup and another girl with purple hair . The purple hair girl seemed to be “in charge “ since she called to wake up someone to ask them to come earlier . She stopped everything to make that phone call. Not only does she not understand sense of urgency but her customer service is awful .She interrupted me while I was giving my order to ask for something for another Fred Meyers employee.Look I get it , Sunday morning , we got the laziness and no one wants to be at work . However this is a business that you are getting paid for , Your personal life and matter isn’t priority to me, I want to get my coffee in less than 20 min so I can be on time for my own priorities.
