A lot of employees just standing around while 10+ people are waiting for their orders. Have given me cold food when I've asked for it to be warmed. This location has also gotten my order wrong on a slow day. The customer service I've received here has repeatedly been subpar.

I called to the store I ask a straws to my order I paid $129 and manager hang up the phone on me I called again he picked up the phone very rude not wanna hear me unprofessional very rude I called again I ask a manager he told me he is a manager that’s on professional, very rude. I was very disappointed about their store managenment unprofessional.

I have no idea with the issue is with the employees in this store. I placed a take-out order this morning and it took 15 minutes or so before I had to go ask for my items. When I did, the lady with blonde hair working the register just got the worst attitude with me. I sit and saw her take an order and make the coffee for other customers behind me but she got mad when I asked if I could get my order. As I set at the counter trying to ask why she was so upset, the other young lady with the dark hair threatened to kick me out of the store for expressing my frustration. I was not belligerent or anything, I was just concerned about my order because some time had passed. The blonde haired lady then said she had placed my order on the bar some time ago, but I know that is not true becuase I was sitting there waiting. After finally getting my order and walking out of the door, another worker (a male) brings my order up to the table and called my name, which proves they had not finished my order. One thing for sure is, if you want your morning ruined, do not stop by this restaurant before heading into work. The workers are rude and get upset when they make mistakes and will not apologize at all. They don't clearly don't care about your concern and will threaten you if you express them. Whomever is managing this store should be ashamed of the behavior of the employees there. Clearly everyone there do not care about some of their customers. If I could get this store zero stars, I would.
Food and coffee was good but don't go here for Internet slower than 5g hotspots like we're living in 2010 ?

Went another day and got a crappy looking lemon cake. I had also ordered two.
I know corporations don't care but they lost me forever, never ever buying, even walking near one of these things.

We’re here visiting Portland from Charleston, SC. We really enjoyed that the atmosphere here was so pleasant and friendly. The gentleman that checked us out, Kyle, and as so nice and accommodating. He helped me make a black tea into a southern tasting sweet tea. Very appreciative. Even got to pet a friendly dog while we were here. Overall seems like a great spot.
