I was always curious about this place walking past it downtown, it has a really cute decor inside. I will be honest I was slightly disappointed that they didn't have more vegetarian options (like not even veggie Pattie's for their burgers?). I ended up ordering a tomato bisque with a grilled cheese. Pretty decent, although I can't say I've ever had a bad tomato bisque or grilled cheese anywhere. This place has good food- I had the pastrami reuben, Mama Leone’s soup and Spicy Lentil soup - all three were very good. When I ordered the Mama Leone soup - they only had a small portion left - less than I ordered - Iso they gave me the small portion at no charge -I really appreciated that. Service was good. Ordering and picking up food is easy - I would recommend it to others.

Definitely a little overrated, despite being insanely popular. The cold sandwiches are pretty bland without much sauce customization options. The Soup is really good though - I had the Nigerian peanut stew and really liked it. Gets pretty busy at lunch hour, but the perfect quiet place to have a meeting in the morning. I did get attacked by a couple of flies sometimes though, maybe they came in through the doors.
