These workers are all absolute angels. They make my drink perfectly every time. Anytime I have a rough day they literally save my life with how nice and caring they are and how well they make drinks. They are fast, efficient, and they deserve all the tips. I went there around 11 am Friday and they made my day 100% better. You really never know what anyone is dealing with in their personal life and kindness even with simple little interactions goes a long way.

I sat outside and did my mobile order before I went in to pick up at counter. I watched numerous people come in after me and order. They all received their order before I did. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady at the register ask me what for. I told her “how long does it take to get a drink.” The manger can over and I said it is unacceptable for me to wait 22 mins for a Trinta mango dragon fruit with lemonade. She then proceed to tell me that they prioritize people that walk in and order at register before mobile orders. A customer is a customer whether they are in the drive through or at register. Basically they pushed my order behind all customer that trickle in. Do better and don’t prioritize customers. It’s sad when your walk ins can see me there waiting for my drink and they all came in after me

I recommend this place but the baristas are very rude every now and then they butcher my name and when I tell them my real name they still call me a different name people here are very ignorant and arrogant. They claim they don't know my name and yet its clearly written on the app and the order.
The store is good to go to in the morning the morning crew is well dedicated and fast to get people out and making it on time to there morning routine.
That said DO NOT go in the afternoon and evening unless your not in a hurry and willing to wait. the afternoon and evening crew are very slow and chat a lot amongst themselves on their headset a lot and get very distracted. The traffic they receive is nowhere even a fraction of the morning crew but they will take 3 times as long.
Ex. I placed an online order in advance and still had to wait 15 mins after the app said the completion would be ready. There was no one in line the inside was dead and only 1 car in the drive through.

There's nothing exciting about this place; you just want to get your coffee and get on your way. It's pretty run-of-the-mill considering it's a Starbucks.

Ordered a drink with Oatmilk, didn’t have like Oatmilk in it. My partner went up to try and get it remade but the barista insisted it was made correctly. I can’t have milk because I’m lactose intolerant. Unfortunately, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I drank it anyways, and now my tummy hurts. I’m most likely going to have diarrhea later… so thank you for that.
